due to my late nights i woke up as late as i can and i usually have at least 10 hours of sleep if i’ve no work the next day that is. i do go gym as often as i can and when i’m not all lazy. alright i have to admit i’ll get all lazed up during rainy days. 

anyway, i have no time for lunch and time for digestion after i wake up and before gym. so i took advice on protein bars. i’d always have reservations on those stuffs. they always says its chocolate and yummy. but its not always good. 

still… thanks for the advice still but of course maybe i just happen to have chosen the wrong brand or taste of the protein bar? hehe. so i’ll prolly keep trying till i get a good one? haha. that’s if i still don’t hate it yet.
