黑白世界，［直率］就多彩

This is my first cooking show..
haha.. quite embarassing. .haa..
cos i am really not a cook..
the only stuffs that i know is only my favourite dishes and haha..
only the blessed have the fortune to taste them!
第一次上烹飪節目耶...
哈哈...有點小尷尬...
因為我的廚藝真的不怎麼樣啊...
只能作我唯一知道而且"會"做的菜了
希望作出來好吃...

I went for the tv recording about cooking!
its really fun and i think i am considered lucky!
haha.. we had to answer qns to eat!
and out of 4 qns, i got 3 correct!

上這個烹飪節目真的很好玩

一共四個問題，我可是答對了三個呢！

The star ingredient of the day is dragon fruit!
I was amazed when it can me made into wonderful dishes!
especially into snacks and desserts!!!
今天主要的食材是火龍果！！
做出來居然這麼好吃，實在令人驚訝啊！
尤其是做成點心的時候！！

The steps:
1) Cut of the scales of the skin
2) Grind the skin of the fruit
3) Add condense milk
==Into delicious jelly drink!
步驟是
把外皮削掉之後，把皮磨碎，然後淋上煉乳 ==>就變成好喝的果汁！

4) Add flour and 1 egg to the jelly drink
5) Beat it to become thicker
6) Add diced dragon fruit to the mixed jelly
7) Pan fry it on the pan.
=Into great delicacy!!!
再來就是把蛋加進去，打一打讓它變得很厚實，再把已經切成顆粒的火龍果粒倒進去，放在淺盤上加熱一下==>又是一道好吃的點心 ！

我擔任的是大廚助理！真正在作烹飪的是阿基師啦！他人好好，很有耐心的教我每一個步驟而且還讓我說很多話耶...哈哈
